It’s important to train the members of your organization, not just your web team, to be able consumers and producers of digital information.  After all, what good is it to have an A+ web site if your members aren’t skilled enough to take advantage of the resources presented there?  Without  instruction many users lack basic skills, such as attaching files to email, or downloading files.   Therefore, your web site’s ability to get a message across depends in part on the Web literacy of your members.
